Description

You are generating the IRP5 files for either the Annual or Interim SARS Submission and importing them into e@syFile and the import fails.

Resolution

  • e@syFile will validate the submission period and the employee certificate end date in the file (which is the termination date, or the submission period end date - code 3180), against the computer date.
  • If the certificate end date is more than 30 days from the computer date, the system will not allow the submission.
  • Confirm that the computer, company and employee dates, as well as the submission dates (e.g you selected TYE instead of Periodic Recon when generating the report) are correct for the submission you are busy with
