Summary
Description
You may notice the following issue:
1. You reconciled certain bank statement transactions on the Bank Reconciliation screen.
2. You saved the changes, closed the screen, and then re-opened the screen.
3. The above reconciled transactions are now missing/unavailable.
Resolution
Apply the following steps to resolve the above issue/error:
1. If you have already clicked the View button on the top of the screen, click the Cancel button.

2. Go to Options | Show Reconciled. You may initially notice it does not have a tick mark to its left.

3. Now click the View button again (after the rest for the screen’s filter settings have been configured).

4. This time, the earlier reconciled transactions will be displayed.

5. Finally, also notice the following:
If you click on Options, the tick mark is now displayed to the left of Show Reconciled, meaning it's activated.
