One or more General Ledger (GL) Accounts are unavailable/missing on the drop-down fields in the GL Journal, cashbook batches, and Journal Transfer screens, in Sage 200 Evolution.
For instance, the Insurance account is missing on the Account drop-down field on the GL Journal batch screen.

Resolution
Apply the following steps to resolve the above issue:
1. Go to General Ledger | Maintenance | Accounts.
2. Find and open the GL account.
3. Select the Allow Journals option and click the OK button at the bottom to save the change.

4. Repeat the same steps for all other relevant accounts.
5. The above issue should now be resolved.
