Consider the following advice to resolve the above error:
A. Windows Home Edition
Especially when you are working on a workstation connected through the network to the Evolution server:
Your PC’s operating system should be either Windows 10, or Windows 11. In addition, it should be on the Professional edition or higher.
Never work on the Home edition Windows operating system. If this is the case, upgrade it to at least the Professional edition.

Consider the rest of the article if already using the Professional edition.
