How to register your Sage 50cloud Pastel as a single user.

NOTE:

Need to add more users or companies to your Sage 50cloud Pastel, leave your details and we’ll arrange a callback.

▼Before you start

 

  • Ensure you've installed Sage 50cloud Pastel
  • Ensure you have your Base Serial number and modules (these are on your invoice)
  • Ensure you have a valid Internet connection

 

  1. Click Help then Register your package.
  2. Click Next and select Single User/ Server Registration.
  3. Select Next and untick Register Online.
  4. Enter your Base Serial Number and your Company Name as it appears on your invoice.
  5. Select Next and the Access code will appear at the top of the page, write this code down.
  6. Click Back and tick Register online.
  7. Click Next and enter the Access code.
  8. Accept the Terms and Conditions if applicable.
  9. The add-on modules will pull through as per your invoice.
  10. Click Complete Registration and check that the registration code has been entered.
  11. Click Next and check the summary screen.
  12. Select Next and Finish.
  13. Close and re-open your software.
