Need to add more users or companies to Sage 50cloud Pastel

Log a ticket to receive a call-back.

 

 Activate the new company on each workstation

Repeat this section on every workstation that needs access to the new company.

  1. Select File, then Open.

  2. Select Manage Company. 

    The new company appears with a red cross next to it.

  3. Select the new company.

  4. Select Activate Company.

  5. In the first dropdown, find your mapped drive.

  6. Double-click the yellow Xpress or Pastel folder.

  7. Double-click the new company.

  8. Select OK.

  9. Select Close.

The new company appears in the Open a Company screen. Select it, then select Open to start working in it.

Deactivate last year's company on each workstation

Deactivate last year's company so users can't accidentally post transactions to it.
