Removing an Accountant’s user access in Sage Accounting
Description
Once an Accountant had been invited to a client’s company, there was no way to reverse the addition without the client’s company owner revoking the Accountant’s access.
Sage Accounting has added functionality to allow the Accountant to remove the access he/she has to customers’ companies.
Resolution
The below steps summarizes how the Accountant User can remove their access from a customer company
- Confirm an Email address exists on Company Settings
- Accountant initialises the revoking of user access
- Accountant Audit Trail Report
