Description

File or status error messages can appear when performing any function on the payroll system. The error message will generally be linked to a data file and the error number in the message will indicate what task the system is unable to perform.

Cause

The hard drive has insufficient disk space where the system is installed.

Resolution

  • The error message indicates the disk where the system is installed is full and the file cannot be created/updated
  • The disk space must be checked on the computer where the system is installed
  • We recommend a system clean-up to remove unnecessary files from the folder
