Resolution
  1. Go to Administration, then My Account.
  2. Select Manage Subscriptions, then click Update.
  3. Enter the number of credits you need.
  4. Continue to the payment screen to complete your buy.

NOTE:

Extra credits don’t roll over to the next period. Extra credits become part of your subscription and you can turn them off at any time.
