Resolution
  1. On your Taskbar, click the hidden icons button.
  2. Right-click on the Sage Connected Services icon (green S).
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select Enable Communication (if unticked).
  5. Click Test Connection.

We expected the Connection Status result to be successful.
