Change the Leave Pay calculation method in your company
Description

Leave Pay allows the system to calculate the payroll values for several pay periods. The system then freezes the payslips, to activate once the employee returns from leave.

To select the correct option to use, review the difference between Leave Pay and Late Leave Pay.

NOTE:

The Leave Pay function is available on the Wages module for weekly and bi-weekly companies. Leave your details for more information on this module.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Access your company form the Company Listing screen.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Company, then select Miscellaneous.
  3. Select Miscellaneous 2.
  4. Choose the Method of Leave Pay Calculation:
    • Normal Leave Pay (LP)
    • Late Leave Pay
  5. Click OK to confirm you haven't already activated leave pay.
  6. Click Close to return to the Main Menu.
