The Force Average YTD option recalculates retirement fund values for all employees linked to a company rule. Use this option when you've corrected the rule’s setup or factor and the changes apply from the start of the tax year.

Open the company rule

1. Expand Company Management.
2. Double‑select Company Rule.
3. Select the applicable company rule.

Apply the Force Average YTD option

1. Select the Force Average YTD Calculation checkbox for the current live pay period.
2. Save your changes.
3. A confirmation message will display to indicate that the system will recalculate values for all employees.
