Apply backdated retirement fund adjustments on an employee

Use the Force (Year To Date) YTD option to recalculate an employee’s fringe benefit and tax‑deductible amounts when the setup or factor is incorrect.

This option updates the employee’s payslip values based on the corrected retirement fund details.

Cause
Resolution

Open the employee payslip

  1. Expand Employee Management.
  2. Select Employees, then select Payslip Details.

Apply the Force YTD option

  1. On the ribbon of the Payslip Detail screen, select Force YTD.
  2. The system recalculates the employee’s tax‑deductible amount and fringe benefit based on the updated retirement fund information.
