You'll need to unzip the folder before you can import the file into Bank Manager.

1. Select the Account Number and don't click Advanced Search.
   Bank Manager doesn't support csv files available using this option.
2. Select the Date range then click Download Results from drop-down.
3. Select Comma Sep. Values (CSV) and click GO.
4. Click Save and select where to save the file.
5. Click Save then Close.
