Turning on the Pervasive engine

Resolution
  1. Type engine into the Windows search and select Stop Workgroup Engine
  2. Type engine into the Windows search and select Start Workgroup Engine.
  3. If you can't find the option Engines, type Control Panel in the Windows search.
  4. Select Control Panel and then Administrative Tools.
  5. Click Services and select Pervasive PSQL Engine or Actian for V13.
  6. Select Start or Restart the Service on the top left-hand side of the screen.
