| | Removing read-only attributes |
| Resolution | - Go to the machine registered as the Sage 50cloud Pastel server.
- Hold Windows key + E on your keyboard and select the C Drive.
- Right-click the Pastelxx or Xpressxx folder.
- Where xx represents the version, for example - Pastel19 or Xpress19
- Go to Properties and you deselect Read-only from Attributes.
- Click Apply and select Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files.
- Click OK and select the Security tab.
- Ensure each Group or user name has Full Control.
- Select OK.
