Windows 10

  1. Type Control Panel in the Windows Search.
  2. Select Control Panel and set View by to Large or Small icons.
  3. Click User Accounts and select Manage User Accounts.
  4. Click User Accounts and select Change Account Type.
  5. Ensure the user set to Administrator and click Change Account Type.

Windows 11

  1. Type Control Panel in the Windows Search.
  2. Select Control Panel and set View by to Large or Small icons.
  3. Click User Accounts and select Change Account Type.
  4. Ensure the user set to Administrator and click Change Account Type.

 NOTE: If you can't change the user type to Administrator, you'll need to contact your IT engineer for assistance.
