| Resolution | Windows 10 - Type Control Panel in the Windows Search.
- Select Control Panel and set View by to Large or Small icons.
- Click User Accounts and select Manage User Accounts.
- Click User Accounts and select Change Account Type.
- Ensure the user set to Administrator and click Change Account Type.

- Select Control Panel and set View by to Large or Small icons.
- Click User Accounts and select Change Account Type.
- Ensure the user set to Administrator and click Change Account Type.
NOTE: If you can't change the user type to Administrator, you'll need to contact your IT engineer for assistance.
