Adding and activating companies - build 19.4.7 and above

Resolution
NOTE:
You'll require an active internet connection when adding, removing or changing your companies.
Adding a Company on the Server or stand-alone:
Go to
File
then
Open.
Click
Manage
then
Add Company
.
Select the company dataset and click
OK.
The company will show with the transactable icon.
Setting a company as view only
Go to
File
then
Open
and click
Manage
.
Click a company with
and click
Make View Only
.
The company icon will change to
.
Changing a company to Transactable
Go to
File
then
Open
and click
Manage
.
Click a company with
and click
Make Transactable
.
The company icon will change to
.
Activating a Company on the Workstation:
Click
File
and then
Open
.
Click
Manage Company
.
The new company will appear with a red cross
Click the company and then
Activate Company
.
On the first drop-down menu, look for your mapped drive.
Double-Click on the Xpress/Pastel yellow folder.
Double-Click on the company that you need to activate.
Click
OK
and then
Close
.
Your company will appear in the
Open a Company
screen.
Highlight the company and click
Open
.
