Field Description: Retirement Fund
Description

Complete the following fields on the side menu:

    • Code: Enter a code that's unique to the retirement fund. The code can be alphanumeric.
    • Description: Enter a description that will identify the retirement fund.
    • Active: Select if the retirement fund is active or not.
    • Retirement Fund type: Select if the fund is a Retirement Annuity, Pension Fund, or Provident Fund.
    • Type of fund: Select if the fund is a Defined Contribution Fund, Hybrid Fund, or Defined Benefit Fund.
    • Deduction Code: Enter a unique code for the payslip deduction line.
    • Deduction Description: Enter a description to identify the deduction line.
    • Default Calculation: Select the appropriate calculation for the deduction or contribution.
    • Additional Linked Calculation: Select an additional linked calculation if required.
    • Company Contribution Code: Create a unique code for the contribution line on the payslip.
    • Company Contribution Description: Enter a description to identify the contribution line.
    • Default Calculation: Select the appropriate calculation for the deduction or contribution.
    • Additional Linked Calculations: Select any additional calculations that need to be linked to the retirement fund from the drop-down.
