The Minister or Director General of Employment and Labour publishes the new limit annually. You'll need to update the OID annual limit in each of your South African payroll companies. This OID report you generate to complete the Return of Earnings use this limit in calculations for reporting.

 NOTE: It's your responsibility to update the limit when published in all South African companies. 

The OID Earnings threshold isn't available at the time when we release updated software. 

1. From the Main Menu, go to Company.
2. Choose Basic Company Information.
3. Change the value of the OID Annual Limit to the new limit for the year of assessment.
4. The new limit now applies to the OID Report.

 NOTE: The Annual OID limit applies to the OID Report (Detailed and Summary) and Excel CF-2A Report.
