Printing your Item Valuation report

The Item Valuation report will show you the item cost and the quantity for the items available. 

  1. Click Reports and then Items.
  2. Click Item Valuation.
  3. Run the report at the last day of your financial year.
  4. Select all your items.
  5. Select all your categories.
  6. Select if you want to run the report with the last cost or the average cost.
  7. If you want to exclude items with a zero quantity, tick the Exclude tick box.
  8. Click View Report.
  9. At the top right, choose to send the report to PDF, XLS, CSV, printer or email.
