Printing your Customer Balances – Days Outstanding report

The Customer Balances – Days Outstanding report, traditionally known as the Age Analysis for Customers. This report shows you what your customers owe your business and ages these amounts accordingly.

  1. Click Reports and then Customers.
  2. Click Customer Balances – Days Outstanding.
  3. Run the report at the last day of your financial year.
  4. Select all your customers.
  5. Select all your categories.
  6. Select to run the report as a summary.
  7. If you want to exclude customers with a zero balance, tick the Exclude tick box.
  8. Click View Report.
  9. At the top right, choose to send the report to PDF, XLS, CSV, printer or email.
