Resolution

 

 NOTE: You can't process your year end if you have any data integrity errors. 

  1. Go to File then select Data Integrity.
  2. Click Next, then select Verify the Data Only.
  3. Click Process.
    If there are any errors, an error report appears.

Error: Missing accounts

  1. Open Sage 50cloud Pastel and log in to the relevant company.
  2. Create the missing accounts then run the Data Integrity again as above.

 CAUTION: For all Data Integrity errors other than missing accounts, you must log a ticket with support. 

Log a ticket with support.
