Apply the following steps to resolve the above issue: 1. Ensure all users are logged out of the company. 2. Back up the company. 3. Go to Suppliers | Maintenance | Balance Relink. 3. Select both options marked below and click the Start button when done. While on this screen, you may just as well also run the Customers Relink by selecting the option on the left below. 4. Click the Start button and wait until the Relink is completed.  5. When done, the following message will display, indicating no errors/issue have been found.  6. If a different message displays, indicating that 'Errors were found' please consult with your Evolution Business Partner or Sage Evolution Support. They should help you with an investigation and to resolve all identified issues/errors. |
