| Description | Ensure that you've configured your Windows region and language settings as these settings directly influence Sage 50cloud Pastel. |
| Resolution | - Go to Search and type Control Panel.
- Open the Control Panel and Set View by to Large or Small icons.
- Select Region then Format and select English South Africa.
- Click Additional Settings and select Numbers tab.
- Set Decimal symbol to a full stop and Digit grouping symbol to a comma.
- Set List separator to a comma and select Currency tab.
- Set Decimal symbol to a full stop and Digit grouping symbol to a comma.
- Select the Date tab and set the Short date to dd/mm/yyyy.
Type the option in if you can't find it. - Click Apply and OK.
- Click Administrative tab and make sure Language for non-Unicode programs is English (South Africa).
- Click Change system locale and make sure Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support is off.
