Download WINSCP
1. Go to: https://winscp.net/eng/download.php
2. On the landing page, click DOWNLOAD WINSCP (the specific version may be different).
3. From your downloads folder, open the relevant version of WinSCP... Setup.exe installation file.
Install WINSCP
1. Double-click on the installation file and follow the on-screen installation wizard.
2. Click Run, then click Accept.
3. Select Typical installation and then click Next.
4. Select the preferred User interface style (we recommend the Commander option), then click Next.
5. Click Install to start the installation.
6. When successfully installed, click Finish.
Set up WINSCP
1. From the Start menu, open WinSCP.
TIP: You can create a desktop shortcut for future use.
2. Once open, click the New Site button.
3. Set up a new FTP connection site profile using these details.
- File Protocol: FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
- Encryption: TLS/SSL Explicit encryption
- Host Name of the site: ftp.sagesouthafrica.co.za
- Port Number: 21
- User name: evolutionint
- Password: 1#Evoint*0
- Anonymous Logon option: Unselected
4. Click Save, then select the relevant options and click OK.
5. From the site list, select the new profile, and click Login.
6. The first time you open the FTP site, enter the above password and click OK.
Download Sage 200 Evolution
1. Find and open the Latest_Versions_&_Updates folder.
2. Double-click on the relevant Evolution folder, for example, Evolution Version 12.1.0.0
3. Right-click on the Evolution.12.1.0.0.Release.Full.zip file and go to Download... | Download...
4. Click Browse and choose the location for the download on your PC, then click OK.
NOTE: Also download the Release Notes Sage200 Evolution_v12.1.0.pdf document (separately).

CAUTION: Before starting the upgrade process, back up all Evolution and SageCommon company databases, including all customized Sage Intelligence report layouts.
