Customising a form

  1. Double-click on the Accounting Custom Layout Designer icon on your desktop.
  2. Login using the username and password you use for Sage Accounting.
  3. Select the what document you want to customise and select Design.

Inserting a Logo

  1. Click Company and then Change Company Settings.
  2. Click Branding and click Choose File.
  3. Go to your logo and click Open.
  4. Choose your logo position and tick the option where to place your logo.
  5. Click Save.

 NOTE: Sage Accounting automatically links the logo from the branding tab to the picture box on the form. Don't delete this picture box or your logo won't display. 

Changing your Font

  1. Highlight the text box you want to change.
    • You can change the font style, size and colour using the standard text menu

Adding a new field

  1. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Field List.
  2. Select the field to add and drag and drop it onto the form.

Saving the new layout

  1. Go to File and click Save As.
  2. Give the layout a name and click Save.
