Users need to have an existing profile on the Sage Accounting website or need to sign-up via the website to make use of the Sage Accounting Mobile application.
The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for new and existing customers.

Note: To make use of Biometric login on the Sage Accounting Mobile app, the user must have a biometric login setup on their phone first.

Once logged into the Mobile App, click on More
Click on Company Settings
The Biometric login should be disabled
Toggle Biometric login on
On the login page, you will now see a biometric login option, click on this to prompt the biometric login
The biometric prompt will be based on the one used on your mobile phone, either fingerprint or facial recognition.
