Even though you can't disable the 2FA requirement for your Sage account, you can remove the current device that you use for it. This is useful, for example, if:
You'd like to move to the Sage Verify mobile app
You want to authenticate using an authenticator app instead of SMS text
You want to authenticate using SMS text instead of a phone call
You need to set up 2FA on a new phone
You need to authenticate using a different phone number
You're resetting 2FA as part of troubleshooting 2FA issues
Once you remove your current device you can set up a new one, for example a different option such as the Sage Verify app.
