2022 RSA Public Holidays Import the RSA public holidays to the leave calendar (leave module only).
The following dates have been listed as 2022 Public Holidays at the time this article was created. How to import the RSA Public Holidays for 2022: Please click here to download a copy of the RSA public holiday file for 2022. Save the RSA2022.csv file to your desktop. From the Main Menu: - Leave
- Copy Calendar
- Import Calendar
- Type ‘2022’ under the Calendar Year, select 'Close' to select
- Under the ‘To Company’ block, select the companies to update, then select 'Close' to select
- Ensure that the ‘Selected’ column reflects as ‘Yes’, after entering the password
- Browse to the desktop to locate the RSA2022.csv file and then ‘Import’
Access each company and ensure that the 2022 public holidays have been updated correctly.
NOTE: The 2022 public holidays above are subject to change should official changes be announced. It is the payroll administrators responsibility to ensure that the correct Public Holidays reflect on the Leave module.
Important:
- After importing the RSA2022.csv file, please exit the company.
- Access the payroll icon again, then select the “Sup Help” button. Choose to complete a rebuild on the VPCNTxxx file where xxx refers to the company number.
- Ensure all users are logged out of the company. When asked to auto replace the file, choose ‘Yes’.
- If the rebuild is not completed, users may encounter “Sorry not authorized” messages on the payroll when accessing the Leave information or at other points on the payroll.
- Please ensure that the rebuild on the VPCNT file is completed. Complete this rebuild for all companies to which the RSA2021.csv file was imported to.
- Lastly, access the Leave Calendar and verify that the Public Holidays reflect correctly.
