The MBR number is the number that is linked to your Sage Accounting profile and is your Registration ID for your Sage account.

Go to Administration > My Profile > My Details > it is the number next to Unique Support Reference

Click the My Details tab




The MBR number can be found next to Unique Support Reference and your Customer Number is under your MBR number.
