Access to the VAT 201 Wizard is enabled by default. To change these settings, click on Administration > Control User Access > Permissions option and follow these simple steps:

• Expand the VAT group.
• Expand the VAT Returns and Reports group.
• Expand the VAT Reports group.
• Select/unselect the access a user should have on the VAT 201 Wizard.

Also ensure that you have consented to Sage Regulatory Reporting Terms and Conditions when running the VAT201 report for the first time. If you have not accepted the Terms and Conditions, the VAT 201Wizard will not be available. 

You can consent at a later stage by navigating to Company > Company Settings > General Settings > Personal Information and clicking on Consent to VAT 201 cross-border data transfer
