How do I generate a renewal code for my payroll on the Sage Portal?
Description

The Sage Portal allows you to generate a new license code for your payroll to continue processing.

The license code will include your registration date, number of employees and modules purchased.

The following steps will guide you to generate a new renewal code for your payroll:

NOTE: If you have not accessed the Sage Portal previously, you will need to reset you password. (Click here for more details)

  • From the top menu, select My Account, and then Account Management
  • Select Payroll Licence Renewal

NOTE: The menu options displayed will be based on your payroll application license. Only Premier ESS and Premier HR have specific screens to renew the product licence

  • Click on Generate Licence Code for a new code. 

  • The new code will display onscreen, which you can copy and paste into your payroll application
  • The code can also be emailed be selecting Email Licence Code 

NOTE: Take note, the code generated registration date will be based on the current registration with Sage, including maximum number of employees, modules and licence date.
