How to generate a renewal code on the Sage Portal
Description

The Sage Portal allows you to generate a new licence code to continue using your payroll system. The code includes your registration date, number of employees, and purchased modules. The options available on the portal depend on your payroll product.

Resolution
  1. Access your browser and go to Sage Portal.
  2. Enter your site code, registered email address, and password.

 TIP: If this is your first time using the portal, select “Forgot Password” to reset it.

  1. From the top menu, select My Account, then choose Account Management.
  2. Select Payroll Licence Renewal.

NOTE: The menu options displayed will be based on your payroll application licence. Only Premier ESS and Premier HR have specific screens to renew the product licence.

  1. Select Generate licence code to create a new code.

  1. Copy the code displayed on the screen and paste it into your payroll application.
  2. To receive the code by email, select Email Licence Code.

NOTE: The generated code reflects your current registration details, including employee count, modules, and licence period.
