'ERROR': Installation has failed

Resolution
  1. Open File Explorer.
  2. Go to the Local C:\ drive then select Program Data.
    If you don’t see Program Data, enable hidden items under the View tab in File Explorer.
  3. Click Sage Installations then sort by Date Modified.
  4. Open the folder with today’s date and the time closest to your install attempt.
  5. Right-click the South Africa.exe file and choose Run as administrator.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Once installed, you'll run the install again and exclude the South Africa time table:

  • Go back to where you’ve saved the install
  • Right-click the install and select Run as Admin
  • When selecting a country, uncheck South Africa and continue the installation
