| 'ERROR': Installation has failed |
Resolution | - Open File Explorer.
- Go to the Local C:\ drive then select Program Data.
If you don’t see Program Data, enable hidden items under the View tab in File Explorer. - Click Sage Installations then sort by Date Modified.
- Open the folder with today’s date and the time closest to your install attempt.
- Right-click the South Africa.exe file and choose Run as administrator.
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
Once installed, you'll run the install again and exclude the South Africa time table: - Go back to where you’ve saved the install
- Right-click the install and select Run as Admin
- When selecting a country, uncheck South Africa and continue the installation
