Sage Payroll Professional allows you to print or export reports and user-defined payslips in specific formats. However, there are limitations when using dot-matrix printers.

• The system only allows downloads in PDF or ASCII file formats when printing
• Browsers don't support direct printing to a dot-matrix printer when generating payslips or reports
• All printing use A4 page size, and won't fit dot-matrix paper sizes that differ
• There's no hardware configuration screen. As result, the system is unable print directly to a dot-matrix printer

NOTE: Due to the system design, we don't recommend to use dot-matrix printing when using Sage Payroll Professional.
