You can deactivate your bank account from using the bank feeds feature in Accounting. When you do this, you will only have the option to import your bank statement transactions manually. Navigate to Banking > Transactions > Manage Bank Feeds
 Click on the Deactivate link to deactivate your account and to import your bank statements manually. 
Click Yes to confirm deactivation.
