The UI19 Employers Declaration report exports the details of terminations and UIF Employment Status other than 'Active'. 

If the report isn’t available in your system, you can import it using the steps below.

1. Access your South African company form the Company Listing screen.
2. Create a backup of your company.
3. From the Main Menu, go to Reports, then select Export/Import Reports.
4. Select Batch Import Reports.
5. Click OK to confirm you’ve completed a backup.
6. In the Modules section, select Payroll.
7. Click Continue.
8. Locate the report UI19 (Real Number 769).
9. Double-click on the report to select it.
10. Click Continue.
    An onscreen message displays the line number of the report created on the Report and Maintenance menu.
11. Click Continue to return to the Main Menu.
