| | Change values on the History Screen |
| Description | The history screen stores payroll values used to print IRP5 certificates and generate the EMP501 reconciliation report. The screen displays values for the current month and the previous 11 months. You can change values only for the current tax year. You can’t change these values on the history screen: - Reimbursive travel
- Medical aid deductions and company contributions
- Company car and lease car fringe benefits
- Retirement fund perks, excluding private retirement annuities
After the history screen changes, these values won’t update: - Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) values
- 12 Month report
- Period analysis report
- Previous period values on Payslip Screen
- Breakdown of weekly values on payslip month to date (MTD) screen
- Equity remuneration
- History payslips

| Resolution | - Access the company from the Company Listing screen.
- From the Main Menu, go to Payroll, then select Employee Payslip.
- Select the employee form the list, then click Continue.
- Click HS to access the History screen.
- Amend the amounts on the different tabs.
- Click Close to save changes.
Tax and Skills Development Levies (SDL) recalculates based on the changes made. |
