The Real Number of a report is a unique identifier allocated to each report, for all users. You use the Real Number when importing or copying reports between companies and interface files. 

Access the Reports menu

1. From the Main Menu, select Reports.
2. Click Reports and Maintenance.

View the report Real Number

1. On the menu bar, click Show Real Number.
2. The report number next to the report will display the Real Number.

Alternative way to view the report Real Number

1. On the menu bar, click Real Numbers.
2. Select Display Real Numbers.

Return to Report menu

1. Click Cancel to return to normal view.
