How do I import the employees fixed information using the flexi fixed information utility?
Description
The Flexi Fixed Information Import allows the import of data into the system from a .CSV file (comma delimited), provided valid headings have been used in the file.
Due to the fact that the system uses the Headings in the file to determine the field that must be updated, it is essential that this field is correct.
If the column heading is incorrect the system will populate an error message, allowing you to ignore the column and still import the rest of the file.
New employees will only be imported into a company if ALL mandatory fields have been defined in the layout and if ALL the validation tests have been passed on these mandatory fields.
Information can also be cleared from the Basic Employee Information Screen via the Flexi Fixed Information Import, if it is not a mandatory field, by populating those fields with a hash (#).
