Technical: How do I activate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 on my computer?
Description

The minimum requirements for the payroll application requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (Which includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) for specific features.

Most computers has Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or higher installed, however Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 needs to be turned on to enable the features for the payroll application to run successfully.

To activate Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

  • Access  you computer's Control Panel 
  • Select Programs and Features 
  • Select Turn Windows features on or off 
  • Ensure that all boxes related to .NET Framework 3.5 are ticked
