How do I link an employee to an Wage Regulating Measure with Global Activation?
Description
One of the qualifying criteria for the Employment Tax Incentive is comparing the employees wage with the minimum wage.
These steps will provide guidance to link employees to a Wage Regulating Measure using the Global Activation function.
Cause
Resolution
Access you payroll company
From the Main Menu, select Payroll, Global Activation, ETI, EWage Regulating Measure
The system will open the Global Change to Wage Regulating Measure screen which allows you to link multiple employees
Select to which employees the change will apply to:
All employees
Wage Code (As currently linked on Employee Information screen)
Select Continue
Confirm Yes if selections are correct, which will apply the changes
Select Yes to recalculate
You will be able to view the changes on the Employee Information (IS) screen of individual employees or view the ETI History Export (Select Interfaces, Export Data, ETI History)
