  • Log into Payroll Professional from https://sagepayrollprofessional.com  
  • Click the Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen

  

  • The option is also available on any screen within your payroll application
• Access Live Chat via the Sage Portal button from your browser

  • Go to https://portal.sage.co.za/ in your browser
  • Log in to the Sage Portal with your site code, primary email address, and password
  • Click Chat to start your chat
