Our Sage experts are available during the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm
  • Friday, 8am to 4pm

Times shown are in South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2).

Access chat support from your payroll application

  1. Log into Sage Payroll Professional.
  2. Click Chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.

The chat icon is available on all screens.

  1. The chat option is available on all screens within your payroll application.

Access chat support on the Sage Portal

  1. Go to Sage Portal.
  2. Log in to the Sage Portal with your site code, primary email address, and password.
  3. Click Chat to start your chat.
