Downloading and installing E@syfile.
Description
Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to the SARS Website to access the install file.
  2. Click the download link.
  3. Read and accept the pop-up message/warnings.
  4. Provide required information.
    • Surname
    • Initials
    • Company
    • PAYE Registration No., Reference No.
    • Telephone No., Email Address
    • Read through the licence agreement and tick 'I agree' if you agree to the License agreement and click Proceed
  5. Choose a save location.
  6. The file that gets downloaded will be in Zip format. Right-click it and select "Extract All".
  7. Double-click the extracted setup file.
  8. You’ll now have an unzipped folder. Open it up and you’ll have a Setup Employer exe in the folder.
  9. Follow the installation wizard.
  10. Once installed, the e@syFile™ Employer icon will appear on your desktop.
  11. Launch the application.
