NOTE:The system can't create the Electronic Declaration if the employees' status is Not Processed.Set Microsoft Office Outlook as your default email program to create the email.
Go to View then Statutory Reports.
Click UIF Electronic Declaration.
On the Employee Filter, ensure that all the relevant employees reflect under Employees to Process field.
Select OK. The following screen will populate:
Ensure the Declaration Status is LIVE by selecting the drop-down list and selecting the LIVE option.
Select where you want to save a copy of your UIF declaration.
Select OK.
The following message will display advising successful creation of the electronic declaration, select OK.
The system now creates an email with the UIF Commissioner’s address and attaches the electronic declaration.
NOTE:If you haven’t set a default email program on your computer, manually open a new email and attach the saved electronic declaration file. The file name will be your UIF registration number.
