NOTE: The Electronic Declaration cannot be created if the employees are Not Processed. Ensure that Microsoft Office Outlook is your default email program, in order for the Electronic file to automatically create the email to be sent to the UIF commissioner.
Go to View…Statutory Reports…UIF Electronic Declaration
On the Employee Filter, ensure that all the relevant employees are reflecting under Employees to Process field.
Select OK
The following screen is displayed:
Ensure the Declaration Status is LIVE by selecting the drop down list and selecting the LIVE option.
Select where you would like to save a copy of your UIF declaration.
Select OK
The following message will display advising that the electronic declaration was created successfully, select OK
An email is now created containing the UIF Commissioner’s email address, with the electronic declaration attached to the email.
In the case where your computer is not set as the default email and the email wasnot populated, you can open a new email and attached the electronic declaration file to your email by navigating to the location where the file was saved. The file name, will be your UIF registration number.
