Bulk release tax certificate to WebSS
Description

After you submit tax, you can bulk release tax certificates to WebSS.

 NOTE: Once released, tax certificates appear on WebSS immediately. Release them only after submitting on e@syFile and confirming all details. 

Cause
Resolution
  1. On the Navigation Pane, expand Utilities.
  2. Expand Bulk Employee Update.
  3. Double-click Release Tax Certificate to ESS.
  4. Use the Basic Filter to choose employees.
  5. Click OK to display the employee list.
  6. After selecting employees, click Update.
  7. When prompted, click Yes.
  8. To withdraw tax certificates from ESS, clear the Release to ESS tick box and click Update Employees.
