1. Navigate to Edit, Employee Masterfile. 2. Click on the terminate button: 3. Enter the termination date that you made a note of in the previous guide (the original termination date) 4. Click on the drop down list under reason and select Maternity/Adoption leave then click OK. 5. A Pop up message will appear saying you are terminating this employee in a previous period, you can select to make a backup. 6. You will then get a pop up message asking if you are sure you want to terminate this employee, click on yes. 7. This employee will now have status of Terminated |
