It’s imperative that the correct screens are accessed when adding a new employee.

Setting up the Add Employee Control screen helps you customise this route and takes you through the most important screens when adding a new employee in VIP.

This feature ensures that all relevant information is captured once off, and in a one step process.

  • From the main menu of each company, select Company
  • Select Add Employee Control.
  • Here you will be able add various screens or areas in the system that require capturing of information when you load a new employee record.
  • Tick the applicable screen to include (mandatory screens will be already included)
  • Depending on what your system is licensed for or which additional areas in the payroll you make use of, you can add the relevant screens to the cycle when adding a new employee.

For example, if you are licensed for Skills or Equity, you can add the Equity and Skills screens to ensure those fields are completed as well.

If you are affiliated to a Bargaining Council that has the Industrial Screens on the payroll, you can add that screen as well.
