On the Navigation Pan
Expand Company Management
Double-click Remuneration Structures
Click New
A New window will open that will require you to enter the information for the remuneration structure
Complete Mandatory Information
Select Remuneration Type
Select the affected Earning Line for the Main Pay Run
In the bottom section of the screen all items can be linked that will form part of this Structure
Earnings
Click New action button
Select the applicable definition that needs to form part of the structure
Flag Include in Package box
Note: The components flagged to be included in the package will be deducted from the Cash Component.
Deductions
Click New action button
Select the applicable definition that needs to form part of the structure
Company Contributions
Click New action button
Select the applicable definition that needs to form part of the structure
Flag Include in Packagebox
Note: The components flagged to be included in the package will be deducted from the Cash Component.
Fringe Benefits
Click New action button
Select the applicable definition that needs to form part of the structure
Click Save
