Setting up customer notifications

Resolution
  1. Go to Customers then Lists.
  2. Click List of Customers and select the customer.
  3. Select the Details Tab and enter the Contact Details.
  4. Select the options Send Outstanding Invoice and Overdue Invoice Reminders.
  5. For additional contacts, select the Additional Contacts Tab.
  6. Tick which contact must receive notifications and click Save.
